A leading global analytics tech company in downtown TO is hiring a Client Services Associate (junior) to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be empowered to protect and grow client relationships across a portfolio of advertisers. The Client Services Associate will be tasked with growing existing business through strategic agency relationships, mastering the company’s product utilization strategy, while living their mantra and upholding operational excellence.

Work across multiple teams to help develop insight reporting that truly inspires our clients.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing and new business.
Collaborate with agency teams to set up incoming campaigns for success.
Assist the operations teams in post-sale periods to ensure flawless execution of campaign deliverables.
Coordinate with the Client Services Executives to define a clear scope of work prior to beginning the project lifecycle.
Monitor process throughout the campaign lifecycle and deliver within scheduled deadlines.
Any ad hoc responsibilities that may arise in relation to team growth.
No previous work experience in this field is necessary, new graduates welcome.
Degree in related field of advertising, marketing, business, financial/analytics.
Ability to improve internal processes to better communication and knowledge sharing across internal/external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a high energy work environment and to deliver on tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members.
Ability to take abstract ideas and translate into actionable solutions.
Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion.
Competitive ‘winning’ mentality.
Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have:
