Job Description
The National Account Manager, Mid- Market is the caretaker of all active local and national franchisee and centralized customer accounts. The responsibilities of this role focus on expanding existing customer relationships through the development of new business location opportunities and the renewal of current contracts. The National Account Manager, utilizes a consultative selling approach to implement the full sales process of lead generation, prospecting, developing relationships, and presenting proposals to develop new business. The National Account Manager, Mid- Market effectively manages ongoing customer relationships by working closely with the Design and Installation team to ensure quality care in regard to system design, service and equipment needs.

Job Requirements Utilizes a consultative selling approach to implement the full sales process of lead generation, prospecting, developing relationships, and presenting proposals to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Expands existing local and national franchisee and centralized customer accounts through the development of new business location opportunities and renewal of current contracts. Identifies and qualifies new business accounts by developing relationships with local decision makers of nationally recognized retail, quick serve restaurant, automotive, and financial services institutions. Contacts local and regional franchisee owners and general managers to prospect for new commercial customers that meet the criteria for Mid-Market sales. Follows up on sales opportunities obtained from other sources such as in-bound leads, channel partner leaders, tradeshow contacts and referrals; maintains a contact database of customers, prospects, and referral agents. Follows up with prospects; prepares final contracts for signatures and completes all sales paperwork. Develops client-centric relationships; takes ownership of client relationships and partners with prospects to identify needs and create solutions. Works with the Design and Installation team to ensure effective product implementation and ongoing support of service and equipment needs. Identifies client needs to prepare and present targeted sales presentations and proposals and sell Iverify solutions. Meets with clients and prospects to review layout and design of customer locations; allows for an adequate time investment in each appointment. Utilizes Visio software for the design of security system layouts that address individual customer needs. Schedules customers for installation of equipment and communicates the installation date and time to customer. Provides system demonstration and training to local management and employees before and after installation of Iverification system. Conducts post installation follow-up with internal teams and clients. Works with Accounting Specialist (A/R) regarding customer payments, billing and service matters. Provides project management support for all individual or shared opportunities including system design, approvals, financing, installation and service. Provides detailed activity reports and performance metrics for leads, contacts, presentations, and sales made. Follows all departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards. Performs other duties as assigned based on company needs.

Required Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year university and a minimum of 3 years of direct, enterprise sales experience selling technology and professional services and solutions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and thorough knowledge of the integrated security industry is strongly preferred as well as experience with designing security layouts and real estate fixturing. Must have strong experience selling to retail and commercial establishments using a consultative sales approach. Demonstrated success managing the full sales process including lead generation, prospecting/cold calling, relationship development, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and client follow-up. Demonstrates superior personal integrity and professional ethics. Confident, enthusiastic and motivated by success; is highly self-directed and brings a positive "can do" attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Superior time management, decision making and problem-solving skills. Must be highly organized with a sense of urgency to meet aggressive deadlines. Computer proficient using MS Office applications and MS Visio, the Internet, and sales reporting software. Certified Protection Professional or Loss Prevention certification preferred. Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing. Must possess and maintain a clear and free of incident criminal history.
