This role is instrumental in: Contributing to specific technical functions of project management in support of a Senior Consultant and team Supporting primary data collection and management (database development, data cleaning and maintenance, and descriptive analysis) Retrieving, synthesizing, and interpreting evidence from the literature Assisting in analyzing data to support the objectives of the study Assisting in drafting and editing written reports and oral presentations, summaries, and journal articles and manuscripts Providing knowledge of basic principles, scientific processes, and analytic approaches Offering a range of applied knowledge, skills, and best practices Responding to standard requests for data and information for project clients Additional opportunities may include the coordination of project assistants and/or student interns, resource development, and practice improvement within the team.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in health science, social science or other related fields (a Master’s degree is an asset) Formal training in evaluation design and/or research methods and data analysis One-three years of applied experience in evaluation and/or research Experience in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and SPSS software is required. Experience in literature searches and/or reviews Proficient written and verbal communication skills is essential Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a team player This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel are required.Additional Required Qualifications:
