Medical Receptionist Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Clinique Podiatrique Chomedey Laval Jobs Details:

We offer a dynamic environment where communication and team work are essential.

These tasks are the responsibility of the body of the receptionists and the goal is to accomplish the work as a team, rather than each individual being exclusively responsible for a certain subset of tasks.

Primary Tasks:

  • Ability to multitask essential
  • Receive patients and manage patient charts
  • Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
  • Computer skills for billing and taking appointments essential
  • Inform patients of services offered
  • Place patients in treatment rooms
  • Sterilize instruments
  • Clean treatment rooms between patients (clean exam chair and sweep floor)
  • Keep work area neat and clean

Languages required: English and French

Salary: 15-18$/hour depending on experience and ability

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 10-19h, Wednesday 10h-17h

  • Accueil des patients et gestion de dossier
  • Répondre au téléphone, fixer et confirmer les rendez-vous
  • Utiliser les logiciels courants
  • Gestion de la facturation
  • Garder l'espace de travail propre et organisé
  • Informer la clientèle des services offerts
  • Placer les patients dans les salles
  • Effectuer la stérilisation des instruments
  • Nettoyer les salles entre chaque patient (nettoyer la chaise d'examen et balayer le plancher)

Langue exigée:

  • français et anglais

Salaire offert selon l’expérience et la compétence 15-18$/heure

Plage d’horaire : lundi et mardi 10h-19h, mercredi 10-17h

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15,000.00 to $19,000.00 /year
