Out There Productions (www.outtherewithmelissa.com) requires the right candidate to assist our office and multi-tasking senior staff’s day-to-day to make sure things run smoothly.

Requirements:

-Excellent English verbal and written skills. Strong typing skills.

- Attentive and excellent communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and not be distracted from achieving deadlines

- Extremely strong time management and organizational skills as you will be communicating back and forth with numerous staff and clients to reach company's goals

- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Assist Senior staff and serve as a backup Executive Assistant

- Order office supplies, general office administration, organization including filing.

- Run errands and general tasks to keep Executive organized

A MUST: Full G License Work Flexible hours, evening and weekend work as required

AN ASSET: - Strong social media skills, tech savvy, experience in media or television administration
