Are you passionate about client experience? Imagine working with a team of high functioning Business Advisors in a fast paced environment and assisting them in servicing the financial needs of clients. As a Financial Service Associate you will provide sales support to assigned Business Advisors in managing their portfolios and maximizing their productivity by providing administrative support and high quality client service. How You’ll Succeed
- Client Service: Service the business needs of clients in partnership with the BA. Coordinate advance of funds into clients’ accounts according to instructions
- Support: Assist the Business Advisor by calling clients, booking client appointments, uncovering opportunities linked to client’s business needs and goals, and preparing client files using tools required to support the BA (e.g. First Research, Horizon, and Cash Flow Planning, BCLASS) and provide the ideal client experience.
- Business Development: Build and execute a monthly contact plan in partnership with the Business Advisor to meet portfolio goals

- You can demonstrate experience in Credit and Business Banking with working knowledge of branch routines and operations and BCLASS business lending practices and credit analysis.
