Role Summary:
The Invoicing Administrator is a hands-on individual who is organized, accurate, results-oriented and possesses great integrity. This individual must be detail-oriented, possess strong time management and analytical skills and be able to prioritize multiple key tasks.

Responsibilities:
Extract reports and collects data for client invoices/credit memos

Prepares monthly invoices and margin analysis

Customer record maintenance

Monitors past due balances; assists in collection of accounts

Issues customer monthly statements

Applies payments to invoices in Accounting system, investigates and resolves discrepancies

Other accounting & administrative duties as assigned which may include:

o Account reconciliations
o Prepare and post journal entries
o Transaction input

Education & Experience:
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Accounting or Business

Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting

Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) with an emphasis on the ability to prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look-ups and pivot tables

Familiarity with ERP Systems for Accounting, preferably Microsoft NAV or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate for internal and external audiences

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work amidst constantly changing priorities and workflow

Problem-solving capability

Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet challenging deadlines

Positive team contributor

Passion and curiosity for continuous process improvement

Hours of Work:
InvestorCOM hours of operation are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may periodically be required.
