Administrative Assistant For Vibrant Dynamic Technology Office Jobs Vacancy in Century Plus Technologies Toronto Jobs Details:

Duties include, but are not limited to, document processing, documentation updates, filing, reports, mail processing and project documentation preparation as well as the assembly of document packages and binders, project materials monthly office report processing. You will also be working with our project management and accounting teams to prepare and review monthly reports, client site documents and general admin duties.

Skills:

- ability to work well under time constraints (time management)

- responsible and organized

- punctuality and attendance to lead by example

- familiarity with business and accounting principles

- ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

- strong computer and software skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office Environment: 3 years
  • Administrative Assistant: 4 years

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Language:

  • Impeccable English and have fantastic English writing skills
