Sylvan Learning Centre of Calgary SW is seeking a dynamic, outgoing administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, be able to take initiative and work independently.
This position is ideally suited to a fun-loving person with strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and relate to children from kindergarten to grade 12.
Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting students and families
- Answering questions from parents/families in person and over the phone
- Booking appointments
- Preparing student binders
- Filing paperwork and maintaining the Sylvan environment
College, University or other post-secondary education is preferred. Previous customer-facing experience will be considered an asset. Availability must include evenings and weekends.
Only applicants residing in Calgary, or the immediate surrounding area, will be considered.
