We are currently seeking for a Full-time Position. Admin. Asst./ Customer Service Rep. to help manage a Furniture Distribution Centre. Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required. Knowledge of Simply Accounting is an asset. We are looking for an individual with the following skills Multi-tasking, Strong Team Player & Problem Solver.
Job Hours - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday
Handling all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Solving Customer Service Complaints
Strong communicator and listener
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/fax/couriers
Filing of documents as required
Greeting Clients and assisting them
Be able to work independently with little supervision on assigned projects
Must be proficient in all Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook
Updating Inventory & Data
