Currently we are looking for a Manager, Member Experience at our London (North) location to bring the energy into the Movati Athletic brand, by connecting members to areas of interest and assisting them with getting the most ou t of their Club experience.
Reporting directly to the Club General Manager, the Manager, Member Experience is a skillful professional who is responsible for continuously improving membership retention and customer experience in the Concierge (front desk, pro shop, café), Playroom, and Aquatic Departments. The Manager, Member Experience is a people-oriented leader who effectively coaches, manages and motivates.
What can you expect in this role?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on. We cant wait to hear what else you want to contribute to the role!
Responsible for proactively managing and ensuring resolution of all Member concerns that are brought forward and/or escalated by the concierge services team Oversees and ensures execution of the Member experience program and ensures effective staff participation in all customer service programs. Responsible for continuously improving the Membership experience, revenues and retention rates, while effectively managing costs. Accountable for driving retail sales and profitability.
What type of experience should you have?

Post-secondary education in a related field or combination of equivalent education and experience.
5 plus years related customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
3 plus years of leadership and people management experience.
Proven success in leading, training and motivating teams, ability to deliver results through motivation, inspiration and accountability.
Related industry experience preferred (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
Current CPR & First Aid required prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. Application Process
