What is the opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team specialized in SWIFT capabilities for RBC Royal Bank Investor & Treasury Services (RBC I&TS) and manage projects related to SWIFT from a Global Client Operations standpoint.
What will you do?
Lead a team of SWIFT subject matter experts
Act as the primary contact for all SWIFT requests and questions for RBC I&TS
Onboard, manage and deliver all SWIFT related initiatives for RBC I&TS in collaboration with RBC Technology & Operations Team
Deliver globally relevant analysis and solutions to meet the messaging needs of Global Client Operations
Represent RBC I&TS in internal and external forums dedicated to SWIFT discussions
Manage escalated issues related to SWIFT which may impact RBC I&TS Operations
What do you need to succeed?
Completed undergraduate degree
Strong communications skills with an ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of SWIFT messaging and capabilities
Results oriented with excellent client management skills
High sense of responsibility and accountability
Project management skills
Exposure to RBC core products/systems
